We are so excited to provide such a wonderful asset to the Hemingford community and the main street. All membership dues are invested back into the center for expanded equipment, class offerings, and to the building for continued community benefit.

July at The Body Shop: it's always a great place to come in and beat the summer heat!

The Memory Cafe Meeting is July 1st, followed by a packed month of group fitness classes including the beloved twice-weekly Water Aerobics.

We hope to see you at the gym or at the pool!

June brings your favorite group fitness class back--Water Aerobics at the Hemingford Pool! Catch it on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, always weather permitting.

The Memory Cafe class is still the first Wednesday of the month at 2:00pm.

Panhandle Gymnastics summer session starts on Tuesday mornings at 8:30am, beginning on June 9th.

One of our community members also put in a ton of planning to bring back a Hemingford classic: Family Days, the 11h-13th!! There will be a 5k Color Fun Run Saturday (the 13th) morning at 8am. Meet in front of Treasured Grounds.

There will be something fun for everyone this month at The Body Shop!

Restoration company says it's dry! If anyone wants to assist us with getting some minor cleaning complete, mats, and equipment repositioned, I (Jess) will be at TBS this afternoon starting around 5pm. Bring muscle 💪💪

Update: the restoration company is continuing to check moisture ratings and will daily until they can ensure we are clear to put mats back down and equipment back in place. Thanks for your patience as we continue to navigate these unexpected circumstances.
