RETURN CRITERIA:
Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All returns must be labeled, with your purchase receipt included. Items will NOT be accepted without a receipt. We will not search you out or try to figure out who sent it and you will not see the return to your account. On day 11 and beyond, we will charge a restock fee of $10. RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Returns must be sent back to Maddison Street within 10 days of your item(s) delivery date, or you will be charged a $10 restock fee. Returns that are FINAL SALE, will not be processed. You can choose to pay to have them shipped back or we will donate them to a women's shelter. RETURN PROCESS:

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Maddison Street. Maddison Street does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back at Maddison Street, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit expires after 6 months. REFUNDS:
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. Only store credit is issued. EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website. It never expires. FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All jewelry, accessories, swim, bralettes, beauty and bath products, sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
