Welcome all Members. I worked in the helping profession most of my adult life. After retirement in 2012, I needed something to do that satisfied my interest and life desire. I started noticing people throwing great items in the trash. At the same time I watched a married church members going through some very significant health issues which made it impossible for them to work. They were not eligible for any public assistance because they had worked all their lives. They were desperate and about to become homeless. So I reached out on FB and ask for donations. From that point on, people donate their disposable items to me which I clean and repair and sell. I've been blessed so many times since then. I'm 73 years old and I'm able to continue to serve others.
