Retired Blount County Sheriff's deputy passes away

Maryville, Tennessee - Today, the Blount County Sheriff's Office is remembering and honoring retired BCSO Sergeant Eric Perrin. Sgt. Perrin passed away Friday evening following an illness.

Sgt. Perrin retired from the BCSO in 2010 following a 29 year career. Sgt. Perrin served as a patrol supervisor during the last few years of his time at the Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff James Lee Berrong and our deputies extend our sympathy to Sgt. Perrin's family. Please remember his family and friends during the coming days as they mourn the loss of their loved one.
