Going to pin the rules again in a post an add some new ones.
I am a single mom- with a full time job, a part time job, do this part time. PLEASE respect me and our house. This past couple months a few people have made me want to quit doing this, which I used to love. So this isn’t trying to be mean, it’s to not drain me even more 🤍
(Text on holidays about adding to orders, expecting me to immediately reply to them, coming at late hours to pick items up- this is not the majority but letting y’all know what I mean)
1. It is up to you to fully read the post and ask questions before preordering items. I do these to not be out money and have tons of inventory when we have no shows coming up.
2. It has always been store credit only, no refunds unless the item doesn’t come, is damaged, wrong size and has been that way since 2017.
3. Items must be picked up within a week- unless something else is arranged. (I will be tagging people that I’ve contacted countless times that still have orders- I’ve tagged, messaged, offered to ship(I can’t lose money to ship you must pay) and they have been in the bin FOREVER.
4. Pickup hours are now going to be 8am-7pm, can be any day- I try to make it easy, we are all busy! But, Kennedi has been scared, someone’s text me and woke me up and I’ve had to get out of bed, etc!
5. I will not exchange unopened or used products. I am a small business not Amazon.

I always communicate with people and will get back as soon as I can! And thank you for everyone who is patient with meand understanding. I do make mistakes and only one person… except when Kennedi helps at shows 🫶🏼🤍
