❤️We provide shopping for a week, through live videos, business page postings, and private showings, Sunday - Saturday. We will invoice you on Saturday/Sometimes Sunday depending on the kid's competition schedule, no determined time.❤️
❤️We will ❤️ your claim post if you are claiming through a presale, preorder, album sale or any other business related post. This lets you know we have recorded your order! Please message the business page if we miss or do not respond to your claim within 24 hours. Dont forget to send me thos screenshots to my messenger as well. those filters have been tricky!❤️
❤️ ALL invoices are due 24 hours after they are sent but no later than at 9 am Monday NO EXCEPTIONS!💰
❤️Customers who would like to pay cash rather than Square or Zelle need to make arrangements to meet me and pay by 9 am on Monday! It is your responsibility to message us and make these arrangements. If we already have arrangements in place, then you do not have to message us each week.❤️
❤️After 2 cancelled invoices for non-payment or other reasons you will be blocked from shopping! 😢
❤️When you cancel an invoice that becomes a waste of our time and the materials we have used and wrote your name on.❤️
❤️We have limites amounts of each piece so when you claim something with no intention of paying your invoice that keeps others from buying it.❤️
❤️We work hard every day to get you your goodies in a timely manner and to always have the newest and best pieces available for you to purchase but that cannot be done when people are not paying their invoices!❤️
❤️A claim on an item makes it yours, whether it is during a live or a comment-based page advertisement. If you claim it, that keeps others from buying it and we do our best to be fair to everyone.❤️
❤️We will not be held responsible for items that are missing once marked "Delivered" by USPS. If you would like to add insurance or sign for your package please let us know prior to paying your invoice. ❤️
❤️Returns due to an item being damaged must be done within 3 days of receiving the shipment or picking up/delivery of the package. If we have a replacement in stock then we will replace the item, otherwise, we will issue you a credit.❤️
❤️We do our best to get packages ready to be mailed out by Monday, if your invoice is paid it will go out first thing Tuesday.
❤️You are always welcome to come and pick up you package. Just contact us and make arrangements for a pickup time.❤️
❤️Any packages not picked up within 2 months will be added back to the inventory and no refund will be issued.❤️
