As with any handmade item, there will be imperfections and minor flaws. This is part of the uniqueness of a custom crafted design. There is a strict No Return / No Refund policy on all tumblers. As I go through the process of creating your tumbler, you will be sent pictures and layouts of the design for your approval and you will be made when item is going to final stage where no more changes can

be made. All items require payment up front. All tumbler pricing includes priority shipping within the US. Epoxy Tumblers take 4-6 weeks from day or order. Sublimation Tumblers, Tshirts and hats - Take approx 1 week from day of order.
