Mark is a Marketing Communications Specialist and graphic artist serving as Chief Marketing Officer for a creative ad agency in Plano, Texas. Father of three, musician and artist, this renaissance man is often heard peppering T.S. Meticulous care goes into the design, formulation, and production of each and every Openly Metro product. All are handcrafted with care in the South. Garments: Openly Metro's super soft graphic tees never see the inside of a dusty warehouse. They are made at the time an Openly Metro customer order is placed. At that point, each garment is hand-screened using Eco-friendly equipment and lead-free dyes by Maria in Highland Park, Texas. Shirts feature printed tags that are direct screened onto the back neckline for increased comfort. Skin Care: Openly Metro's chemical-free skincare line features all natural ingredients including lemon, tea tree, peppermint, charcoal, and eucalyptus. Skincare products are handcrafted for Openly Metro in Hurst, Texas by Gary and Melinda. Design cues for labeling were taken from turn of the century Parisian packaging...making them a smart accessory for bathrooms. Candles: Openly Metro's soy-based candles are made of chemical-free raw ingredients and fragrances. Unlike the common paraffin-based candles on the market, Openly Metro candles do not emit what could be harmful byproducts when burned. They are hand-poured for Openly Metro by Jameel, a Candle Artisan and published author with over 11 years in the candlemaking industry, and her family near Atlanta, Georgia. These candles burn slow and long and smell great! Natural Spring Water: Even the spring water that ends up placed inside every Openly Metro order that goes out the door is southern sourced. The water comes from the Appalachian Mountain foothills and flows from the Knox Aquifer - the largest natural spring in the Eastern United States.
