Kambe Original Brides opened in Highland, Illinois on July 15, 1980. Owner, Kathleen McDermott, is an International Bridal Headwear Designer, and since 2005 has been designing bridal gowns exclusively for Kambe's under her own custom label. All of her bridals are manufactured in California. Kambe's proudly works with brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom and offers dresses for Socia

l Occasions. Some manufacturers include Jasmine, B2, Belsoie, Jade, Jade Couture, Karen Miller, Alex, Cachet, Ursula of Switzerland and Timeless Beauty. Shoes, handbags, jewelry, foundations, garters, handkerchiefs and registry books are also available for purchase. Services include alterations for gowns purchased at our store and also outside alterations including patching. Steaming is also provided by our team of professionals and gown preservation by Prestige Preservation Program, which will give your gown a museum style preservation at a very competitive price of $195.
