I thought this one turned out pretty nice. It's a 20X beaver Cattleman in black, with a self band and silver buckle. This one was a gift certificate hat, and both the recipient and the gift certificate giver showed up to pick it up when it was finished. It felt great to make them both happy.

This black 100% beaver is starting to take shape. It’s one that began as a gift card from a lovely lady to a heck of a guy. He came in and got his head measured the other day, and he told me what he wanted for his hat. Still need to finish steam ironing the stiffness into it, pounce it to get rid of all the straggly hairs, and sew in the sweatband before I shape it, but it’ll soon be a Cattleman crease with a sharp-creased brim.
