Aloha kakou! Victoria did relocate essential equipment to her house Mar 24th due to the Stay at Home mandate as well as cancellation of proms, weddings and the cherished Merrie Monarch Festival.
Victoria took advantage of the pause in business to rest her hands. Soon it was time to get back on the machine as many assumed she would be first to jump into the mask making gig. Requests were coming in too! Cheneviere Couture is now offering made to order limited edition 100%cotton 3 layer face masks for $10 each. They're the tie on kind as some of us have ears that do not hold elastic well. They're washable and reversible. Sun drying is best!

Victoria lives just 2 blocks from post office and can mail for about $5-10 postage depending on how many you order.

Cheneviere Couture designed and created these beautiful aparima dresses for Te Ora Maohi for the Tahitian competition held in Kona last weekend. What fun I had on this project, especially coming to practices to do fittings.

Last spring Cheneviere Couture had a dream job of creating a special Aloha wedding dress as well as dresses for the bridal party. Shola designed and printed the fabrics. She wanted to keep the cut simple to showcase the fabric and showcase her personal style. I used the bridesmaid fabric to accent Shola's dress with piping on the chestline and covered bridal buttons down the center back. It made her dress one of a kind and united all the dresses in a beautiful togetherness. The bridesmaids dresses were cut in an A-line sheath style. Everyone said they would definitely wear them again as they were good for everyday wear and reminded them of the their school days at Kamehameha.
Shola's husband is a fortunate man to have such a creative, practical and thrifty wife. The cost of all the bridal attire was surprisingly affordable because of the fabric and the simple cut of the garments.
