All Thru-out Polynesia when faced with any challenge. Warriors would use their Ha whether it be thru chants, Haka or P**e (prayer) to awaken the Toa with-in them. When awoken, their Toa would remain until they overcame the presented challenge or the warrior no longer possessed their Ha. With the feeling of Toa pumping in their hearts and flowing thru their veins, there was no way any challenge wou
ld not be overcame. They would show no fear, no weakness, no signs of falter while fighting to accomplish their goal. Neither failure, death or negative possibilities fazed them, for these did not benefit the outcome. These did not grant Victory. Giving your all till the last breath and never giving up was the only emotion that meant victory. And with this, mind state with Toa, the Warrior was sure to be victorious. Ha translates to breath. Without Ha there is no life. With every breath we take in and fill our lungs we breathe in life. With every exhale we breathe back our Mana unto this earth. This is the cycle that shares our lives. Without it or with lack of it we are not complete. We are tired, we must sit, we will never move again until we get more. When greeting someone in Polynesia the people press their foreheads together as to feel and share their Ha. For the people of Polynesia the understanding of Ha and its necessity for life is greatly understood. Everything comes from your Ha. Without it there is no life. Control your Ha. Control your life. Toa translates to Strength, Fearlessness, Honor and most importantly a warrior who posses all these qualities. Everyone has a warrior with-in them. You hear about amazing feats of strengths and fearlessness daily. When the people are questioned, they can’t respond as to where it came from or what possessed them. The answer is simple. It came from with-in. It is within us all. It is our Toa. We need only to take a use our Ha and awaken it. Know what you want and use your Ha to get it. Do not fear the challenge, do not fear failure, do not fear the outcome. The greatest warriors of history understood how to make use of their Ha and awaken their Toa. They set goals and accomplished them over and over. We are in no way implying that to accomplish great things you need only ask for it. It will take work, it will be hard, you’ll want to quit. But this is where Toa lives. This is where it comes alive. Do you still posses Ha? Are you still alive? Then the fight is not over yet. You are not done. Get up, Stand up, Put your hands up and take another step towards being and living how you want to live. Being who you want to be. Use your Ha Toa so your wildest dreams are no longer dreams. Your dreams are now your reality. No matter where you are from, orhat you have done or how old you are, it is never too late to start. Do you want it? Can you feel in awakening? Are you ready for it? Close your eyes. Take a deep breath, now open them and take your first step into your new life. Living HA TOA!!!!!
