I’m happy to announce our first donation from 2021 will be to Sheepdog Program! They are a Counseling program for mental health and substance abuse for veterans, law enforcement and first responders. They offer several programs including out patient programs.

This hits close to home for me. In July of 2019 I enrolled into a out patient program to seek help with a drinking problem. Admitting I had a problem was the hardest thing I have ever done. Being in the military you are viewed to be strong mentally, so I always told myself I don’t need help. That” I could fix this myself”, “I don’t have a problem”, “everyone else is drinking I’m no different”, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I swallowed my pride and I got myself help. I’m happy to stay I have been sober ever since. If anyone is struggling and needs someone to talk too I am here. Thank you for everyone in my life that has supported me.
