We are a women Boutique located at the new Shelter Cove Lane. We cater to young adults to mature adults as well.Owners Angela and Steve travel several times a year to bring the freshest styles and fashion to our small island. We are a family business and have been in retail for over 25 years. Be ready to feel at home at part of the family in our store with puppy Jasper!

You wake up and drive over near the beach, clock in and see happy people all day long. Smiling, talking kindly, treatimg you well, all while shopping around your store.

You're surrounded by nice fellow employees. People who care about you, and act like you are family and most important no drama.
Your boss. Well he respects you, teaches you wonderful life lessons, promotes you and praises you in your accomplishments, and gives you several bonuses thought-out the year. You also get to pick your own schedule, part time, full time, vacation time, and days off.

Each week you come home with a fat paycheck of your base pay. Plus commissions, plus tips, plus Bonuses. Lastly you get to move from store to store , 5 to be exact.
One day you get to dress fancy in our ladies boutique, or try on fancy shoes.. or some days you can just be beach casual..
Lastly, lunch is free every day in our Cafe, and you can walk over to the beach or nearby pool to enjoy it.

I didn’t know much when I started, and the learning curve was huge.
There were many tears, many celebrations, and a lot of growth in between.
