k, you can rest assured that if we notice a single flaw in a finished product, that item goes straight to the clearance/oopsie album.
• All orders are prepaid ONLY. Payment is due up front, and your order will NOT be processed until payment is received.
• We accept CASH, VENMO, CASHAPP & PAYPAL
• We strive to have orders out and in the customers hand within one week after your payment is received, but there are times this is just not possible. We cannot control UPS or the weather.
• Pick up location is in Hixson, Tennessee. Once your order is ready for pickup you will be provided with the physical pickup address, or arrangements to meet in person.
• We do offer shipping – flat rate starting at $8.00
• We do not honor returns, as most items are custom made. All pre-made items are sold as is.
• Sizes: PLEASE make sure you look at the size charts-we are not responsible for you ordering the wrong size. No exchanges,no replacements, and no refund will be honored due to the wrong size being ordered.
• Replacements of the exact item purchased will ONLY be honored if something happens that is 50 Shades of Slay’s fault.
• If there is ever any concern, or suggestion, PLEASE reach out so we can make our promise and commitment stronger.
