What does it mean to be a warrior? By definition it is a person engaged or experienced in warfare or a person engaged in some struggle or conflict; which is a broad definition on the surface. It can embody so many things. For me a warrior strives to better himself everyday. Be a better father, husband and friend. When times get hard be the one people look to for strength. The problem solver. Make the hard decisions. And above all, protecting the ones I love.

No judgement here…That’s what is so great about this place. A 60 lb kettlebell is still 60lbs whether you are rich or poor, happy or sad, have on nice clothes or rags, democrat or republican. None of that matters here. All that matters is effort and most of the effort comes from just showing up. Once you’re in the door the rest is easy!!!!
