A quick reminder for all of our amazing customers when submitting artwork for orders! 🦆

🎨 ARTWORK SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Any designs provided to Duck River Trading Co. for printing must be print-ready.

Please make sure your artwork is:
✔️ High quality/resolution
✔️ Free of watermarks
✔️ Free of unwanted backgrounds
✔️ Properly sized for the intended product
✔️ In a usable file format
✔️ Ready to print as submitted

Please do not send us screenshots, watermarked images, or artwork that still requires editing unless you are requesting design services.

💻 NEED US TO DO THE DESIGN WORK? NO PROBLEM!

We are happy to help! However, any time spent creating, purchasing, editing, cleaning up, removing backgrounds, modifying, or otherwise preparing artwork will be subject to a design fee.

Design fees may include:

• 💰 The cost of purchasing artwork from the original creator
• ✏️ A design/cleanup fee based on the amount of time required
• 🎨 A custom design fee for artwork created specifically for you
• 🧹 Additional fees for extensive edits or artwork that requires significant cleanup

If artwork needs to be purchased from another designer or creator, that cost will be passed along to the customer before proceeding.

We will always let you know about any applicable design or artwork fees before completing the work, so there are no surprise charges.

❤️ We absolutely LOVE bringing your ideas to life, but design work takes time, just like printing, embroidery, and every other service we provide.

Behind every crisp print is a little behind-the-scenes magic… and sometimes a little ink-covered chaos. 🎨🛠️

This past weekend’s project? Clearing a stubborn printhead clog. It isn’t the glamorous side of running a print shop, but it’s one of the most important.

Regular maintenance keeps colors vibrant, details sharp, and every transfer looking the way it should before it ever reaches your hands. I never want to send out something I wouldn’t be proud to put my own name on.

Every shirt, print, patch, and custom order starts with making sure the equipment is performing at its best.

🚨 Public Service Announcement from Duck River Trading Co. 🚨

Our printer decided it needed a little ✨mental health break✨ and briefly forgot it had a job to do. After a few choice words, a little troubleshooting, and what we’re pretty sure was a motivational speech, it’s officially back on the clock. 😅

We’re back up and running and getting caught up on orders! Thank you all for your patience while our dramatic little machine worked through its midlife crisis.

Now somebody keep it away from the “Update Firmware” button. 😂
