The planning, the flowers, the keepsakes, and every thoughtful detail all led to this moment.

Watching family and friends come together to celebrate Valerie Rose was a beautiful reminder that a baby shower is about so much more than the decorations. It's about welcoming a little one with love before they're even here.

After weeks of planning, it was finally time to see everything come together.

From the welcome sign to the keepsake display, every detail was chosen to create a soft garden celebration for Valerie Rose. One of my favorite touches was including pieces she’ll actually wear and keep long after the shower, making the celebration feel even more personal.

One thing about me is that I cannot plan a celebration without a mood board.

For Valerie Rose’s garden shower, the invitation came first. From there, I built the palette around soft blush pinks, ivory, cream, garden roses, baby’s breath and touches of greenery.

I planned the entrance, cake table, keepsake area and games separately, while using the same colors and details to help everything feel connected.

Choosing baby's coming home outfit is one of those small preparations that can make the final weeks before baby feel a little more real.

Before you pack it, consider the season, sizing, what baby can safely and comfortably wear for the car ride home, and whether you would like coordinating pieces for those first photographs.

Once you've decided, keep the complete outfit together in your hospital bag. That way, you, your partner, or whoever is helping can easily find everything when it's time to get baby ready to go home.

Getting ready for this maternity shoot felt surreal — every detail, every outfit, every moment just reminded me that I’m about to become a mom 🥹

From planning the looks to stepping in front of the camera, this wasn’t just a photoshoot… it was a memory I’ll cherish forever.
