Processing time is approximately 10-25 business Days for your item(s) to be shipped. (When ordering items that need to be bleached, we are dependent on the weather. Rainy weather can delay production times slightly.) Once the items are shipped you will receive a text/email with the tracking
number. Once the package is in USPS possession it can take 2-7 business days to receive the package based on the shipping chosen at checkout. Once an item has been "purchased" no refunds or cancellations will be issued even if the item(s) have not been shipped. Our items are handmade and made to order so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If there is a defect with your item please let us know and we will be happy to replace it.
