Baby Grendel will be performing at Static on Sunday July 12th! 🫶 Baby Grendel

Baby Grendel is a four-piece alternative rock band based in Portland, Oregon. Described as brooding melodic art rock, it is the third phase of Jonathan Suarez’s songwriting career. The band now consists of Suarez (rhythm guitar, lead vocals), Colleen Johnson (keys, backing vocals), Zach Cardenas (drums), and Drew Cardenas (bass). Suarez’s lyrics explore themes of death, grief, unabashed honesty, escapism, and self-acceptance. Baby Grendel’s new EP Timeless (Do Flowers Grow on Barren Land), out June 2026, experiments with new sounds and textures. The band continues to grow the Hatchling Monster into what is to be expected of an insightful outsider in a corrupt and nepotistic world.

So grateful for everyone who showed up at our Amber Waves event to celebrate 250 years of freedom during Gallery Walk on July 3rd! It was a fun night of creativity, connections, and community! 🫶

Gallery Walk is the first Friday of every month from 5PM-9PM in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Come party with us every month as we continue to celebrate local artists and makers!

This little library is a project through Shift, a local community building organization focused on decentralized creative resistance facilitating connection and catharsis in a chaotic world. 🔨⛓️‍💥 shift initiative

Take a book or leave a book. This library is for LGBTQ+ authors/themes/subjects, any books that might be meaningful to a LGBTQ+ person, and/or banned books.

We are so excited to share this wonderful community project with all of you right here in downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas! 🫶
