I've been asked this question a lot lately, so I've decided to answer it here to hopefully simply any possible confusion.
Question: is there a minimum order?
Answer: Yes & No.
Question: why both Yes & No?
Answer:
If you prefer me to order the hats & patches, I can. But I require a minimum order of 12 hats.
If you prefer to order your own, or already have some that just need to be pressed, then the answer is No. No minimum is required.
Question: how much do you charge?
Answer: there is no flat rate. It depends on a variety of variables: if I'm ordering or if you're ordering the hats &/or patches, how many, if any (or all) of your order needs to be rushed (completed & delivered to you in a faster than average amount of time to complete the hats), logo design (this can actually have an effect on whether or not other tools will be needed to guarantee the full adhesement of the patches to the hats), & if you are having the materials (hats & patches) delivered to me via shipping, personally hand delivering to me, or meeting somewhere (this also applies to you receiving your order).
Question: can you press any type of hat?
Answer: no. I cannot do top hats. I cannot do any type of hat that cannot be pressed via heat without damaging the form of it's original status. I CAN do most any & all sports hats from relaxed, to firm sports ball caps, & visors.
Question: Can you press shirts? No. This is a Hat press machine designed specifically for pressing hats. Shirts are pressed via a shirt pressing machine. I CAN, however, press small doll attire (not Barbie dolls, but about the size of your typical stuffed animals). I can also press canvas bags, jeans, & vests (non leather).
Question: what are your hours of operation?
Answer: Monday-Friday (CST) 9am-5pm.
Question: do you have any business cards or a website?
Answer: Currently, those are still in the works.
