The word Dunya is the farsi word for Earth – the one word in the American dictionary that every single individual can relate to, our Earth. Research shows that 75% of consumers believe that sustainability is important, but only one-third are willing to choose brands that help environmental and social improvements. I truly believe that this willingness is stumped due to the lack of appealing and accessible places to shop brands that do good for the Earth. This was, and remains, my driving force for opening my store.

In today's modern world there is no room for outdated sourcing methods or unethical clothing practices. Introducing Dunya Boutique, a fresh new approach to sustainable fashion in Houston Texas. Our mission is to support women designers from all over the world that share our values. We work with nonprofit brands that support women who are survivors of human trafficking, brands that support cleaning up our oceans, young refugees migrating for a safer, more prosperous life, and so much more.
