Custom orders require a 50%, non-refundable deposit once design is customer approved, before work will begin. Allow at least 4 weeks from day deposit is processed for production.

3. No more than 90-day hold on all completed merchandise, regardless of balance status.

5. Unless damaged in shipping, no refunds on delivered products.

6. If damaged in shipping, item must be returned at buyer's expen

se before refund or replacement is issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, so shipping insurance is recommended.

7. Not responsible for delays or items lost in shipping. Shipping insurance is recommended.

8. Custom digital files are $15/hour, charged in quarter hour increments after minimum upfront charge of 2 hours ($30), which will be applied to the final cost of the file. All proofs will be watermarked.

9. Bulk order discounts are as follows: 5% for 50, 10% for 100, 15% for 150, 20% for 200, and 25% for 250+.
