Uzma’s Collection Ground Rules — With Love & Gratitude (Effective Immediately)
We are incredibly grateful for your unwavering love and support. As our community expands, we have established a few simple guidelines to ensure a smooth, equitable, and caring shopping experience for everyone.
1. All Sales Are Final:
Each purchase is made with utmost care. Once an order is placed, it becomes final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or canceled.
2.Shipping & Delivery:
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier and if the product shows “Delivered”, Uzma’s Collection is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
3.Fit, Sizing & Tailoring:
Please choose your sizes thoughtfully. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for sizing or tailoring concerns after delivery. Choose your current size. If you have any confusion, ask us regarding the fitting style. We are happy to help.
6. Shipping Fee flat $10 all over USA.
5 outfits $10.
10 outfits $15.
15 outfits $20.
7. No Bargaining After Invoicing:
Once invoices are issued, we kindly request that prices remain as stated. We always strive to offer beautiful pieces at fair, thoughtful prices.
