A poncho is a typical South American garment, a simple design overcoat, made of a heavy and thick rectangular fabric, and in the center it has a cut to pass the head. The ends are open to allow easy movement of the arms.
The guard poncho, typical of traditional design, with “pampa” motifs is part of the usual clothing of the native peoples of the Argentine pampa region.
