Authorities in Moore, Oklahoma are asking for the public’s help in identifying a young woman whose life ended tragically along a set of train tracks late last month.

According to officials with the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the unidentified female - listed in NamUs as case - was discovered on February 28, 2026, in Cleveland County.

Investigators say the woman was seen standing on train tracks moments before she was struck by a train. Due to the severity of her injuries, her remains were not recognizable, complicating efforts to determine her identity.

The decedent is believed to be between 16 and 28 years old. She is described as white or possibly of uncertain ethnicity, standing approximately 5’2” tall and weighing around 133 lbs. She had brown hair and blue eyes, and notably had no identifiable scars, tattoos, or other distinguishing features that could aid in identification.

At the time she was found, she was wearing a black tank top and black shorts or capris, along with white undergarments. Nearby, investigators located additional clothing, including black pants with zippered pockets, and a pair of Nike REAX Run 5 sneakers with red logos and gray and black accents.

Officials estimate her death occurred the same day she was found.

With few clues to go on, investigators are urging anyone who may recognize the description or circumstances to come forward. Even the smallest detail could help restore this young woman’s name and provide answers to those who may be searching for her.

💔 Katy Family Is Searching for 15 Year Old Giovanni and They Need the Houston Area's Help Right Now

A 15 year old boy named Giovanni Trevino has been reported missing from Katy, Texas since March 4, 2026 and his case has already been entered into the national missing persons system as investigators work to locate him.

What stands out about this case is the agency handling it. The Cypress Independent School District Police Department is the lead investigating agency, which suggests Giovanni's disappearance is connected to his school community in the Cypress Fairbanks area of northwest Houston. CISD Police handle missing persons cases that fall within their jurisdiction and work closely with Harris County and surrounding agencies when a student goes missing. They are actively asking for the public's help to locate Giovanni.

Katy and the Cypress area sit in one of the most densely populated corridors in the entire state of Texas, which means the chances of someone in the community having seen Giovanni are very real. No additional physical description details have been publicly released at this time but his photo is available on the official NCMEC missing persons poster.

This case is registered with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children under Case No. 2079430 and carries NCIC No. M308864262.

🚨 PLEASE SHARE – MISSING BABY & CHILD 🚨
Authorities are urgently asking for the public’s help in locating a 2-month-old baby and an 11-year-old child who are currently missing.

2-month-old Naseer Butler and 11-year-old Chase Butler were last seen with their mother, 36-year-old Arteasha Butler, on March 4, 2026 at a shelter in the 700 block of South Sierra Madre Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Because one of the missing children is an infant, police are asking the public to remain especially alert.

In the past 24 hours, the family was believed to possibly be in the area of a medical campus near Briargate Parkway and North Union Boulevard on the north side of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

At this time, police are asking anyone who may have seen Arteasha Butler, baby Naseer Butler, or Chase Butler to come forward.

Even a small sighting or piece of information could help investigators locate them.
