These are hand made items and over time will go through wear and tear.

If item has been damaged under certain circumstances, repairs can be made.
-Message us with picture of item that needs repair for discussion
-You will pay to ship it back to us
-Repairs will be made and met as best as we can, if not we will discuss what we can do further
-Once repaired we will ship back to you for free! All you have to pay is for shipping and all other repairs and shipping back are free
