Refunds* for tickets from the platform take 5-10 business days to process once issued. Refunds will be given in the order purchases were received.

Donations were allocated towards handling expenses for the event, those are not being refunded unless requested and if you donated instead of purchased a ticket and do want the refund we can not refunds those until the end of ticket refunds, due to having to process the books and correct donation balances through taxation.

You will get a refund no later than original show day. We have to work with the platform in the way/speed that they operate.

Unfortunately, we will be cancelling the show due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you have paid for your ticket, please request your refund through the ticket link, donations are unable to be refunded due to supplies being purchased with those funds, but we are willing to work with those requests if deemed necessary, ticket refunds we will get to them as soon as possible.
