I have many flaws and I have made so many mistakes but I never allow my errors to run my life or dictate what I can and cannot do.

Rather, I embrace them and keep on running the race that is set before me.

When I think about changing thinks/situations in my career, home and business, the first thing that always come to mind is to change what I see in front of me daily.

But, I have discovered that what we see is not the main issue but what is hidden in the root. The surface is just a disguise of what is deep down in the root.

As we start a new month of March, the last month in the 1st quarter of 2019, I want you to be honest about the change you’ve always desired by going deeper and making that change. Change is possible if you are willing to do the work.
