We *love* a road trip! And great books! What about y’all - have you read or listened to these? 🎧

For listening - we love because it supports local bookshop of your choice - unlike audible. Same pricing but a small shop gets some perks!

Join us for the 28th annual Round Top Historical Society Christmas Home Tour - this Saturday, December 6, 11-5 pm. We decked the halls 💚❤️ at our listing on Florida Chapel road.

Included are four beautiful custom built designer homes with fabulous features that are unique to this area. In addition are two historical properties, one that houses a new retail French store that will be open all year in Round Top.



This is an easy day trip from Houston or Austin - get in the Christmas spirit and head to Round Top! You can shop while you’re here at the numerous charming small shops that are open year round.

You can use cool whip for a lighter icing option, or store bought, or homemade. Whatever your heart desires!

Have y’all tried this before? We’ve been using Fresca or diet sprite for years but glad to know that sparkling water works too. Something about the fizz!
