It’s not easy to start and not easy to do it alone- but there’s plenty of community 👩🏼‍🦳👩‍🦰👩🏽‍🦱 at Weight Watchers who understand your story. We keep it real 💪🏼, based on science 🧬 , and give lots of ⚒️ and education!

I’m member and a virtual coach. My relationship with food 🍱 and feelings 😁🤨😩have changed. I’ve had great time finding like minded people going through the same struggles: menopause 😫, caregiver 👵🏼, turtle 🐢 trying to reach my health goals.

But it’s the community that keeps pulling me back. Curious? We’ve got a seat for you at the table. ❤️. A year from now you may wish you had started today.

Meet Grace. 🤭🐶

SPCA, Humane Society, BARC, CAPS, and other animal shelters have great pets waiting for their furever homes. There were a few we could have easily taken home. SPCA has medium size open spaces where you can run, walk, and play with them to see how they act. The SPCA wants to make sure it’s a good fit on both sides. We were blessed for 11 years with our first rescue Buck.
