It’s heartbreaking to see our kids when they have trouble sleeping during this winter season. Either the air is just too dry or they have stuffy or runny nose. 😭😭😭
Breathe, DōTERRA’s respiratory blend has been an ultimate lifesaver for my family. I add a few drops of this blend to our humidifier and it instantly gives a fresh whiff inside the room.

(I personally learnt the hard way as my son suddenly had a major nosebleed episode. His pediatrician said that the air inside our room needs to be constantly replenished with fresh air and a reliable humidifier would also help. This learning hits close to home so I hope this helps you and your families, too.)
