Not me falling off and not sharing my life in NYC with y’all 😅. Honestly New York is cute, but she was quite the adjustment. Also, I’m learning to give myself grace during this period. I’m a creative, but content creation is HARD! Kudos to all of you who do it consistently, send that energy my way please.

When it comes to the fit, I needed something quick (because it’s me), and something a little elevated to fit the event venue. I went to all my regulars, but then the targeted AD got me y’all 🎯. I saw this dress and knew it was the one, plus there was a 50% off sale, so excluding rush shipping I paid less than $20 for this dress. Paired it with my Perspex heels, bag and favorite earrings and we have a fit!

Yall I’m back and I moved! NYC was calling my name and I’m so excited to be in this magical city. First thing I learned after moving here: Your coins don’t stretch, so you have to. Best believe I’ll be bringing more Bougie on a Budget content as I continue on this NYC journey. Get into this find. It’s super trendy and I needed something last minute and happened to get it when all dresses in the store were 30% off, so the dress was less than $25. We love a deal 💕

Happy 15 days after Juneteenth! This impeccable spread of lobster, shrimp, veggies, turkey burgers, corn, coleslaw, baked beans, hot dogs and signature wings was curated by and was only $80 to create! Perfect for summer entertaining.

Pro tip: Make friends with the employees that work in the seafood section. They’ll always look out for you when it comes to deals!

I was playing with the clock on this one yall! My beautiful line sister had a black-tie wedding in Connecticut over the weekend, and I was super excited to find just the right gown. However, my indecisiveness got the best of me and I didn’t order a dress until a week prior.
