African Fashion Week Houston Created by Fall of Signature Essence as a platform to portray the beauty & culture of African Fashion. African Fashion Week Houston 2017 is Sept 18th-24th.

African Fashion Week Houston (AFWH) is a series of multicultural events designed to bridge the gap in cultural diversity by bringing together and presenting fashion, culture, entertainment, the arts and business development. AFWH is committed to empowering the community to be involved with the arts and push the envelope with creative ventures thus creating an increase in economic opportunities for the Arts.

It is with very profound sadness in our hearts that African Fashion Week Houston and the Fall of Signature Essence announces the passing of one of our beloved leaders, Roxanne "Roxy" Rox, who served and helped produce our shows for over five years. We ask that you please keep her family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We love you Roxy and will miss you. ❤️
