I never thought I’d have to make a post like this, but here we are.
Please stop opening the boxes 😅 There are signs all over the store, but boxes are still being opened and squishies are ending up everywhere. A lot of our squishies are meant to stay sealed until they’re purchased. Once they’re opened and squeezed, they don’t squish the same and we can’t sell them anymore. We’ve had to remove way too many because of this.
Please read the packaging before you buy. If you have questions, just ask! We also have some “advanced” squishies that are better suited for adults and can pop if they’re squeezed too hard. We inspect every squishy before it goes on the shelf (except the factory-sealed ones), but please check yours before you leave the store. Because of the nature of the product, we can’t accept returns once they leave the store.
I’m gonna be real with you… this toy store is still on a trial basis. If we lose more money than we make because products are being damaged, we won’t be able to keep it open. If me or one of my employees asks you to follow the rules, please do. If you’re rude, aggressive, or refuse to listen, you’ll be asked to leave.
