I am so frustrated right now.. it took us months and months to make these gowns, we even hired two extra people to make sure the details and quality is good, shipped them internationally, some of these gowns weren’t even supposed to be shipped till September, and them being in the auction, it was very VERY discounted, we paid $480 to have them priority shipped to her after she approved them.. then decided to file a refund after we shipped it, and now she’s planning on returning them to me on which customs will likely charge me over 1.5k fees because of their worth… I don’t know what else to do.. she got her funds back, we’ve spent countless overtime, made sure my team got paid, we’ve spent months hand sewing them.. and now it came to this. I tried to do auction so we can make gowns for more people that can’t afford a regular comission, and now I’ve lost thousands. I don’t know what else to do. I’m sorry I’m venting.. I’m just very frustrated. My wife is in the states again because our house got freaking broken into again.. I think the best way is to reauction them maybe? Raffle them out? They are all
Plus size, they are already made, and the customer can ship them out in America much easier and cheaper than sending them back to me.. if you guys have any suggestions, I’m open.. my mind is too crazy to think right now
