I've been making and selling tie-dye shirts and accessories for almost 10 years. I can do many different designs, and am always willing to try new ones!! I used to set up at flea markets, but everyone wants a something for a dollar there, and my stuff is new and hand-crafted, so that just didn't work (for the most part)! I'm being reported for being in violation of trademark policy... What do you guys think? I'm trying to appeal it, saying that every craft show you go to has handmade items with local teams. These are not exact replicas using trademarked iron-ons or something... these are handmade and recreated in my own style. Who do you agree with?!
