How do you choose when BOTH shoes are amazing?

One of our favorite ways to keep things fresh is to rotate between a couple of different shoes and even different brands. Different shoes can change up the feel and loading patterns on your body, which may help reduce repetitive stress when you’re logging a lot of miles.

Our advice? Don’t feel like you have to break up with your tried-and-true favorite. Add a new shoe to the rotation, give it some time, and see how your body responds.
