January...it's always been a quiet month.

A time for taking stock, mending and repairing, and letting the year settle in before asking it to do anything big.

We’ve always believed good things are built slowly — with intention, patience, and respect for what came before.

**Pie 🥧 Update**
I made it — and she turned out pretty!

Sweet from the apples, tart from the cranberries, and hint of citrus from the orange.

She's not your regular apple pie… but still really good!

Best tip: let it cool and set to thicken up — and, of course, you can add vanilla ice cream to make it extra special. 😋

Did a bit of fall clean-up in the booth today (goodbye 👻 ), and I decided to sneak this sweet pie carrier home with me so we could finally test out the Apple Cranberry Pie recipe handwritten on the lid. Hello, Pie Season!
