Pos Run Stretch 😌

Staying flexible always helps me feel ready to attack the day. The best thing was when I learned to relax into new or unfamiliar stretches that were difficult. Now to build that consistency and patience.

Next time we'll get them higher and try to do it without the feet. 👀🤔😁
