On your wedding day, you are not modeling a dress. You are modeling you — a woman marrying the love of her life on one of the most meaningful days you’ll ever experience!

Talk to your photographer. Tell them your insecurities, your preferences, your comfort zones. “I don’t love my arms.” “I prefer this side of my face.” “Please avoid certain angles.” That is not being difficult — that is communicating expectations with someone you hired to capture you well. (And we all have a "good side" right?!)

Your wedding photos should make you feel beautiful, confident, and seen! The day is not about perfection. It’s about preserving the feeling of the moment while honoring the way you want to remember yourself in it. 🤍

h.hobbs is showing one of the easiest posing tips for tighter, form-fitting dresses: create negative space.
A little bend in the arm, a shift in the leg, and suddenly your photos feel way more natural, flattering, and fun to look at.

You do not need to know how to model to look amazing in your dress 🤍 sometimes it just takes a few simple adjustments.
