Annual camping trip. The only thing missing is a picture of bear 🤭maybe next time.

Something that i don’t really mention is that after I became intolerant to gluten. Thankfully my reaction isn’t too bad but I do need to watch what I eat. I generally try to keep my gluten to a minimum maybe 2-3 times a week if I really crave something and I only have it once i don’t eat it throughout the day but it’s good to treat yourself whenever possible and know your limits specially when it comes to your health. I’ve been trying to cook more and come up with health snacks that will take care of my sweet tooth. But I was good all week so I deserve this donut 😬😬 how will you treat yourself this weekend ????
