MI Closet is not closed for good, this is temporary until a better suited spot is available that will get better foot traffic. This decision was made back in September last year but I was determined to keep trying. However since I was maintaining the shop and doing the clothing repairs & alterations, I saw that less clothes are being bought and more clothes were being traded amongst the community. Which by the way is great, but also what has driven MI Closet to realize it was best suited in a better location. So in place of the clothing shop is now a sustainable fabric and notion shop with alterations and hemming & sewing lessons and classes. Now is called Sew Stitchin. Meantime MI Closet was nominated 1 of 5 best shops in 3 categories in the Willamette Valley. We could use your support and votes to goo on plus gives us the idea that we are truly supported by the communities. We thank you in for all the support we have had over the past year.

Trolley stops across the street from The little mall on main where MI Closet, and jenssewingcreations, Heartfelt Hideaway with Marena Ward and My Little Thumbelina are located. In these shops you will find cards for only $1, junk joirnals, cooking journals. Brand new bolts of fabric, tons of lace: and lots of gift ideas. In Sew Stitchin there are sewing lessons, classes scheduled too start in a month, tons of fabric from quilting to home decor to fleece along with lace galore, some notions. Between the 2 shops it's a for sure you'll find something for that person you are looking to buy for. Don't less gas prices keep you from shopping and getting out. MI Trolley will get you to where you need.

The next few days I will have a few clothes left. Ladies bathing suits @ $4 each. Ladies jeans sizes small to 16 (no women's sizes) $2 a pair. Tons of men's shirts, shorts and pants. And some boys pants and shirts. All gents and boys clothing are $2 each. If you're looking for these items now is the time to get them otherwise you'll have to wait until MI Closet to reopen their doors when they find what they are truly looking for.
