So just walked away from a great breakfast at Monstah Lobstah IRB … yes breakfast! 😋 was great! Very reasonably priced and service was excellent! They need the to try it and shout it out! 💯

Lord, as this sun descends and paints the sky with its colors, I surrender what is broken in the world — body, mind, and spirit. Just as the ocean receives the light without resistance, let us receive Your healing grace. Wash over the wounds we all carry, seen and unseen, in every heart across this world. Renew our strength like the tide that faithfully returns. Bind us together in our shared longing to be made as whole as we can, finding peace. And in the quiet of this ending day, remind us all that darkness is never the final word — morning always comes. Amen.

I saw a post recently of how “peace” felt like…

I have to take issue on how their soul actually receives and percieves “peace” … everyone can be different.
I get that … but knowing this person… this darkness that allows one to fold into and hide, much like the darkness in the video beginning -their post- that feels more like an unhealed depression-like “peace” that is ignored… unresolved.

The turtle, 🐢 flowing, swimming and free… light, freedom … peacefully amongst their world… showing and being themself … truly…

Well that seems more like PEACE to me and my own current PEACE… not hiding in darkness for “peace”…
PEACE is light, flowing, be yourself and out in the light as you take care of yourself.

I will always flow, swim openly… in the light…
Peacefully … openly… and for me!
