, I thought focus just meant paying attention in class or staring hard at the ball. But real focus? It’s bigger than that. It’s about choosing what kind of man you want to become — and sticking with it when things get loud, messy, or hard.
I’ve seen what happens when guys don’t learn to focus. They drift. Waste time. Follow the crowd. But the ones who learn to lock in? They build something with their life. Doesn’t matter if it’s school, a sport, a craft, or a goal — focus is what separates the talkers from the doers.
So yeah, it’s not always fun. But it’s power. You learn to focus now, you give yourself a head start most people never get. And one day, when the pressure hits — and it will — you’ll be the one who doesn’t fold. You’ll already know how to stay locked in.”

No, I’m not saying that all young men without dads, in their life suffer from each one of these. But these are the things that these type of boys deal with it and it should be addressed at an early age. Talk to you son and see if they’re dealing with any of these. You’re not alone. Help is here. The Father Within so your son, doesn’t have to learn the hard way. Like I did.

3 hard truths about growth nobody about. Everyone says they want growth… until they realize what it costs.
Growth will stretch you. It’ll force you to let go of things, people, and habits you thought you needed. But it’s worth it — because the version of you on the other side is stronger.

When I was younger, I thought self-awareness was just some soft people thing. Something people talked about but didn’t really live or at least, not people who looked like me.
But the truth is, it’s the foundation of growth.
Self-awareness gives you clarity, direction, and peace. Without it, you’re just moving through life on autopilot.
The more I got to know myself, the more I stopped living by default and started living with intention.

My mom raised me on her own until I was 17 yrs of age. 11 1/2 of those years I was an only child.
She worked hard. She sacrificed a lot. And she gave me love - the kind only a mother can give.
But here’s what I wish she had known:
👉 How to prepare me for the practical side of life.
👉 How to set boundaries and standards.
👉 How to teach me integrity in real-world situations.
This isn’t blame. It’s reality. She did her best with what she knew.
That’s why I’m here today -  because I believe single moms should have access to the tools to raise strong, independent sons. And I’m sharing that here!

I was raised by a single mom for 11 ½ years. At 21, I went down the wrong road and ended up serving over 6 years inside.
It was the darkest period of my life, but it became the fire that shaped me.
Inside, I learned discipline. I learned to block out distractions. I learned integrity.
But most of all, I learned that growth is possible if you’re willing to face yourself.
Today, I use my story and lessons to help men, parents, and single moms raise stronger sons and live with more focus.
