I used to live in Chicago but reside in sunny Florida now. I am a fashion designer based out of Chicago with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from Columbia College, Chicago. While still a student, my designs have been chosen to show in Chicago Fashion Focus Week in Millenium Park and Fashion Columbia. I have also been recognized by the Driehaus Foundation for Fashion Excellence, as well

as the Chicago Fashion Incubator as an Associate designer since 2009. My designs are influenced by classic styles from the 1940's and 50's with a contemporary twist. I believe that fashion should be wearable, classic, and timeless. Victorian Angel by Amy Marie Couture is my alternative line of clothing that is influenced by Japanese Lo**ta fashion using Victorian-era elements. All my garments are handmade by myself with love and devotion.
