A goodbye to sweet summer. 🌽 This weekend is the last weekend to snag some corn specials as the Iowa fresh sweet corn phases out after Labor Day. In the case we'll have sweet corn cake, corn and hot pepper scones, and blueberry corn cookies before they disappear. And our special of the week is a favorite - S'mores cake!
P.S. this also means there will be room for us to start up our fall specials next weekend!

Even when it’s hot as it has been a crafter has to work on projects for cooler days. I have been trying different granny square jacket patterns. This one I really like!

Well I went to West Liberty Market today. Was ready to share pictures of what I brought. Unfortunately getting internet access was difficult. Even texting wasn’t working. So here’s what I wanted to share.
