Just got back from a whorl wind road trip (5 days) to Texas and back to see family. On my way home I able to stop at “The Yarn Barn of Kansas”. Was really fun to be inside a yarn store again.

I had my loom all warped and ready to weave these baby blankets in June. Then I realized I booked a private lesson and had to weave them up in two weeks. All finished and am ready for my student! Blankets are 100% cotton. The red and blue blanket are spoken for (the red one is for my grandson.). The design is based on Scott Hanratty’s weaving pattern “Floral for All Warp”. From Handwoven magazine Jan/feb 2021
