Join ParentWiser and Parenting Upstream for a special evening featuring SHIFT: Do What Moves You, a hope-centered documentary from Tell My Story that explores youth mental well-being, resilience, and the power of taking action during difficult times.
Through real stories from 13 young people—including athletes, artists, performers, and other youth—SHIFT encourages students to move from problem to possibility, build a sense of agency, and discover what can help them navigate challenging moments.
Two screenings. One evening. Two dedicated spaces.
✨Middle & High School Parents/Caregivers: Screening + guided post-film discussion focused on understanding, supporting, and connecting with today’s youth.
✨High School Students: Screening + youth-centered discussion focused on hope, self-awareness, empowerment, and practical ways to navigate difficult times.
Each screening will be followed by guided dialogue led by Parenting Upstream and a clinical mental health professional, creating a supportive space for questions, connection, and meaningful conversation.
Tell My Story believes that stories change people—and when young people feel seen, heard, and supported, real change becomes possible.
