Recently worn at Otakon, Joanne Avila asked me to create two dresses for her cosplay as Ishizu Ishtar from Yu-Gi-Oh! She sculpted the headpiece and necklace while I did some custom tailoring and shiny arm/legbands - coming together for a truly regal effect. Stay tuned for Dress 2!
